Different rooms. A familiar thread.

I’ve spent more than 30 years leading people and solving problems—in healthcare, disaster response, business, ministry, and the creative arts.

Different settings, but I kept finding a familiar thread: people do their best work when they can see what matters, understand their part, and know their contribution is valued.

That’s the perspective I bring to speaking, teaching, writing, and directing. I like a good question, a useful conversation, and that moment when somebody says, “Wait a minute. That’s us.”

What could your audience see differently?

From emerging leaders finding their footing to experienced leaders navigating a new season, Patsy shapes each conversation around the people in the room.

Hidden by Familiarity

What value has become difficult to see because it is so familiar?

What do you do so naturally that it stops feeling special? Who contributes so consistently that everyone has stopped noticing? A fresh look at the strengths, people, and possibilities that have been there all along.

The Pain Points of Success

What is this success inviting us to grow into?

Sometimes the thing we planned for, worked for, or prayed for finally arrives—and asks more of us than we expected. A conversation about recognizing what a growing team, a new responsibility, or a new season needs from us.

Clarity Creates Capacity

What becomes possible when we can finally see clearly?

More capacity doesn’t always begin with more resources. Sometimes it begins with seeing what’s already in our hands, what matters most, and what people need to move forward.

Directing & Creative Work

Patsy also brings her leadership and operational experience into creative production. Her work includes co-directing SUNDAY, an upcoming family sitcom, and working with freelancers in the event spaces she helps coordinate.

Her creative work gives her another place to explore the same questions: How do we communicate clearly, make room for people’s strengths, and move a shared vision forward?

Tell me about your people.

Who’s in the room—or listening in? What are they navigating? What would you love for them to leave seeing differently?
